The statement " create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship" says it all. If I was to purchase something at Sears, it open them up to "legally" harass me with pre-recorded messages. Pre-recorded messages are worse than live callers. At least a live caller will hang up when they get an answering machine. Pre-recorded messages will dup their trype in my answering machine so that I have to listen to it in order to get to the next message on the machine. I an DEAD SET AGAINST telemarketers invaiding the privacy of my home. This includes politicians and not-for-profit telemarketers!!! T. Rink
