Comments:
Do not let advertisers make calls to cell phones. The "Do Not Call" registry is fabulous and has cut down tremendously on unwanted solicitations. I do not want to use up even one cell phone minute to receive calls from advertisers. Also, do not modify the call abandonment safe harbor to allow calls from those with whom I may have had an "established business relationship."
