Comments:
I strongly oppose allowing telemarketing of any form to cell phone numbers as well as any more access to regular phones. The consumer/cell phone owner will be paying charges for such marketing air time which is not requested, unwanted and invasive. Some cells are used mostly for emergency purposes and/or for business calls and these owners would be unnecessarily burdened despite their choice to limit their cell phone use. Such limited use phones ofter carry very high air time charges. Utilizing the existing "do not call" technology I have also found that the "businesses with whom I have a previous relationship" can be utilized by businesses who are marginally related to the original business with whom I have had dealings.
