Comments:
I urge you not to allow pre-recorded messages from Telemarking firms to customers with (or without) a relationship with a business. The Do Not Call list works exceptionally well now, and this change will weaken it and cause an increase in unwelcome interruptions. My family and I would much rather miss information about store sales or other information than have to be imposed upon by increased unwanted phone calls. If we are in the market for a product or service, we prefer to actively look for the best deal rather than get telephone calls. If we wanted these calls we would sign up for them, if a way to do so were implemented. Thank you, Alan Nayer
