Any change to the Rule that allows more telemarketing phone calls is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I, and 65 million others, are on the National Do Not Call Registry because we do not want to get telemarketing calls, period, under any circumstance. Do NOT allow the telemarketing industry to trample the rights of so many citizens. Thank you.
