What part of Do-Not-Call does the government not understand? I don't want to get any calls from anyone I don't know personally or don't call myself. This means I don't want Sears or Verison calling me even though I may happen to do busines with them. I also don't want the Red Cross calling me even though they are (supposedly) non-profit. What's that all about anyway? You are supposed to protect our rights - what the H is going on? The Do-Not-Call list is at least better for the citizens of this country than it was without it. If you can't keep the non-profits from being exempt, then at least leave it alone. Don't make it worse. Last I heard, the taxpayers supported the government, not the telemarketers. Or is someone in the FTC being influenced? GIVE US A BREAK!!!!!!!
