|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:Please do not destroy the "Do Not Call" law by allowing telemarketers to leave recorded messages . I am a senior and spend a lot of time indoors. Ringing my phone and then leaving recorded calls interferes with my right to enjoyment of my peace and quiet.. Also,when the phone rings It takes me a while to get up from my chair and get to it--why should I have to jump up when a recorded message rings my phone to tell me about something I don't want.. I don't have one company I do business with that I would want an additional product from.
