I am appalled to think that the no call list will be available to the very people that we want to prevent having this list. When calls are pre-recorded and are left on an answering machine, you are forced to listen to the entire message in order to listen to any additional messages left on your machine. This is MOST annoying, as the pre-recorded calls are VERY long. In addition, I should mention, although I listed my number on the no call list, I was still receiving telemarketing calls. I don't know why, since this should not have been happening. People have a right to a peaceful dinner time, and a peaceful evening, and an uninterrupted early weekend morning. Yet those are the times when these annoying calls are made. Please do not let anyone have access to the list of people who do not wish to be annoyed by telemarketing, and please check to be sure that telemarketers aren't breaking rules by using numbers that are currently on the list.
