There is never a time I want to be bothered by telephone solicitation and that includes pre-recorded telephone messages. I consider this form of advertising an invasion of privacy and welcomed the opportunity to list my telephone number on the opt-out list. I am extremely unhappy with the news that pre-recorded solicitation may be exempted from the do-not-call provisions. Therefore, I am writing these comments to urge our policy makers to NOT create an exemption for this type of solicitation.
