With the overwhelming response to a national Do Not Call list, which of the three words in the title does the Commission not understand? Lifting restrictions currently in place and/or making exceptions to who or what may place the call is so obviously and directly contradictory to the sentiment of the thousands or millions of people who have actively moved towards placing themselves on a Do Not Call list that one can only wonder exactly who it was that called the Commission with adequate incitement to cause it to so severely contradict the public's demands.
