|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:So the "Do Not Call" list may be changed to an "Annoy Me Like You Did Before List"? At first, I thought this was a joke. Sadly, it's for real and not another Internet hoax. This is a dreadful idea and the parties responsible for it should be exiled to a remote island where they can no longer cause harm to the general public. When I signed up for the Do Not Call list I assumed that I would be immune from further telemarketing harassment. I have never had an "established business relationship" with any of the low-life telemarketers that have pestered me. This proposal should be stopped immediately.
