The wording of your proposal is much too loose and allows marketers too many loopholes. The original intent was to allow us the choice of receiving calls or not and instead it seems like you are trying to turn it around. We have been very happy NOT recieving these calls and would like to keep it the same way. Thank you for your consideration. R. Burgholzer
