Allowing recorded telemarketing messages to consumers on the phone is just a back-door way of getting around the do not call list. Do not call should be just what it says - no telemarketing calls at all if the consumer chooses to be put on the do not call list. Please do not let this exception to the list negate the purpose of the list.
