I heartily disagree with letting any telemarketers call an exempted number regardless of whether it is recorded or not. We did not wish to be called, and should not have to answer or listen to a messge recorded on our voice mail by any party having a nebulous business relationship (ie: a party called for information, but no business transaction resulted) Please do not allow this to be enacted.
