I implore you to NOT allow recorded messages be sent to phone users. AThis is simply another version of 'spam', and will plug up answer machines. Also, citizens will still have to endure picking up a phone and have to deal with the message. Isn't this just another unwanted call? If we choose to be on the do not call list, please honor our wishes and NOT ALLOW this invasion of privacy. Thank you Michael Mastaler
