Please do not start making loopholes in the Do Not Call Registry for telemarketing. DO NOT ALLOW telemarketers to call with PRE-RECORDED calls. Do not let them call even if they include an opt-out .mechanism. Also, I want to bar telemarketing calls from companies with which I have previously done business. In other words, I don't want to be sold anything over my telephone.
