Companies should not be allowed to contact consumers in any manner unless first contacted by the consumer who requests a call back. Telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship are not consumer requests for call back and should be prohibited as should SPAM email..
