I do not think telemarketers need another loophole to squeeze through. If people took the time to register for the do-not-call list, then they don't want to be bothered. Bombarding our answering machines should not be allowed. Also, I should not have to dial a number left on a message in order to not be bothered again by a company. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS GO THROUGH!
