Comments:
After years of enduring unwanted solitation calls, it was a relief to have been able to sign up to block these nuisance calls on my home phone. Now it is being proposed to allow these vendors a back door in which to reach my home. I consider this an invasion of my privacy as much as spam is on my computer. I under no circumstance support the method that will allow recorded messages be left on my home voice mail. I do not support the ammendment to the TSR.
