I am opposed to the proposed amendment of the TSR to allow telemarketers to deliver a prerecorded message, etc.and am also opposed to the all abandoment harbor provision. Telemarketers have long abused the telephone, invaded our privacy and the individuals who make the calls are rude and invasive. There is NO reason why we should have to put up with this invasion of privacy again. Please do not allow these changes.
