It is insane to change the Telemarketing rule where vendors can not access my phone. Who in their right mind is actually contemplating a change? Prior to the law, telemarketers used to call at any time of day. Now it is a pleasure that when the phone rings it is not an unwanted call disturbing my peace! I demand that you do not change the telemarketing law to allow unwanted calls! There is absolutely no reason to allow unwanted calls from telemarketers.
