OUTRAGED!!! That describes my feelings on the proposed hijacking of my phone line. These "canned messages" are impossible to hang up on. Thereby making my personal phone line inaccessible for my own use. I have tried to disconnect these intrusive messages by hanging up only to lift the reciever and find the taped message still playing. Should I have an emergency call to make...I would have to wait until the message is over. Since I pay for this phone line it should be at my beck an call... not anyone elses. I also own my answering machine and do not want it jammed up with garbage.
