I am appalled at the possibility of your changing the spirit of the Do Not Call Registry.Please do not lift the 3% restriction on the number of calls and allow companies to leave pre-recorded messages. Until now, the Do Not Call Registry has been working as it was meant to.My dinner is uninterrupted and I am not constantly barraged with unwanted calls.
