I entered my name onto the original do-not-call- list when it first came out. It is a wonderful thing not to have the phone ring at all hours of the day because someone wants to sell me something I did not ask for and do not want. If I am looking for somethng I will do it in my time, and my way. If any change is to made, I would like that the abandonment safe harbor provision be changed to 0%, so that these calls are entirely eliminated. Thank you Samuel Alter
