Please continue to protect the American consumer. Do not allow the additional call abandonment safe harbor provision that allows prerecorded telemarketing messages to consumers having "established business relationship." Also, do not allow an amendment to the TSR call abandonment safe harbor provision to substitute "measured over a 30-day period" for "measured per day per caller campaign." We need to be protected from telearketing ploys and look to the FTC to do it. Thank you.
