PLEASE do not change the current rules to be more lenient and allow more calls to get through. I do not even want businesses calling me when I have had a prior "relationship". It defeates the "No Call" privacy we are all so desperate to find in our own homes. I have had to register cell phones for myself and children to try to avoid these calls as well. These will cost my family the limited minutes that we can afford and currently use very judiciously to stay in budget. We already have to deal with getting unsolicited faxes at ALL Hours of the night and day and this costs my family money on paper and fax supplies. I do not believe anyone should have to factor unauthorized use of the pones and faxmachines in their possession into the expense of purchasing and maintaining the equiptment. I also do not feel I should have to choose between answering the phone to dropped calls, screening all calls via letting the machine answer first (how rude) or PAY for for call waiting! This is an invasion of my privacy. My home should be my sanctuary NOT someplace I can not feel free from outside influences and find the privacy I choose to have.
