The "Do Not Call" list rules should be tightened. I am listed on the Federal list and have paid my $10 to be listed on the Florida list. I still get many, many calls from all sorts of people, businesses and charities. I think NO entity should have the right to call without my express permission. If they would pay for my telephone installation and fees, I would then welcome their calls.
