please do not make any rules change that would permit telemarketers to use automated systems to deliver unsolicited pre-recorded messages to consumers who are on the do-not-call list. That rules change would totally un-do all the benefit of the do-not-call list and make it cheaper for telemarketers to invade people's privacy.
