This is a negative option proposal and should not be instituted. Recorded messages are a nuisance. We opted out once, that should suffice! It is impossible to "hang up" on recorded messages that install in voice mail, they continue to play or are saved until played through before they can be deleted. Please protect us from unwanted messages. Those who wish to receive calls and offers can request them. This option would be a positive option, not a negative option. You should serve the good of everyone, not just the advertisers.
