Please do not change this law . As it is now, I still get unwanted solicitations per telephone. I actually got one the other night after 9pm, and it was a computer generated message. If there are nay changes made at all, it should be to strengthen the rules on calls and to inform the public better on how to deal with these rule breakers without "establishing a relationship" with the callers. Thank You
