In short, I do not support any amendments to the current TSR that would allow unsolicited marketing calls to my home, whether it be on my answering machine or telephone. It seems clear to me that if I am home, I will be bothered by these unsolicited marketing calls that were "intended" for my answering machine. Let it be. It's working fine. Thank you for your hard work.
