I do not wish to receive recorded telemarketing calls from anyone. They are just as disruptive as phone calls from live persons and much more annoying. They wake me up when I have worked late. They interrupt my work. The telemarketing rules should be made more restrictive, not less restrictive. These same comments apply to automatic dialers that call you and when you answer there is no one on the line. This is more than call abandoment, this is invasion of my home.
