Re: Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing Project No. R411001. I object to spam on my voicemail, but especially when it is on a cell phone. That is requiring me to pay for receiving unwanted advertisement. This is a form of hidden taxation, and totally unacceptable. Just because I do business once with someone does not entitle them to spam my cell phone and raise my costs. The automatic machine dialing was bad during the elections. I don't want to increase it. The machines don't hang up; they burn my minutes by leaving messages. Don't do anything that increases automatic dialing and message leaving, especially on cell phones.
