A nuisance call is a nuisance call, makes no difference wether there is a live person making it, or if it is a recorded message. I don't appreciate receiving either of the calls. I have appreciated being listed on the do not call registry, for the most part it has eliminated many unwanted calls. Except for a police organization that continues to call soliciting donations.
