I see no advantage for the consumer to change the existing system governing telemarketing calls. The reason I signed on to the 'no call list' was to eliminate the telemarketers from my world. The last thing I want to hear on my telephone is a pre-recorded message from some company with whom I have an alleged relationship. Please don't allow this to happen. No calls means no telemarketing calls. These people have brought it upon themselves by abusing consumers for years. Thanks.
