Please do not mess around with the Do Not Call list regulations. Pre-recorded messages are no different from a live phone call. The phone rings and you answer it, and then you hang up. The worse part is that pre-recorded messages clog up your answering machine. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - do not allow pre-recorded messages. thank you. Susan Cable
