I strongly urge you to provide the maximum protection for the consumer against unwanted telemarketing calls, pre-recorded or live. Citizens should have protection against unwarranted and unwanted intrusion upon their privacy, especially as it pertains to receiving calls by cellular means - which the cell phone owner must pay for. Please do not grant the TMAssoc. their request for the rule change as enumerated in your announcement.
