Please do not allow pre-recorded phone messages to be sent to households that are on the do-not-call list. Theses households have already expressed their desire not to be bothered. The US postal service is able to deliver any vital messages that need to be sent. The consumer should not have to jump through additional hoops to avoid being annoyed by telemarketers. If the telemarketers are so concerned about reaching people, they should support a call-me list. People who want to get pre-recorded messages would put their names on the list.
