Please do not relax the rules for the Do Not Call List. If anything, prerecorded calls are even more annoying than calls from live telemarketers, since you don't even have the satisfaction of telling the caller how you feel about having your dinner interrupted. And of course, abandoned calls are even more annoying. You, who are reading this, must know this from your own experience! Thank you for your attention.
