As a member of the general public, I oppose this rulemaking change and in particular am opposed to loosening restrictions on telemarketing calls which this proposal represents. The phrase "established business relationship" is a meaningless term in this context and poses few restricitons to telemarketers. I oppose receiving phone calls from telemarketers representing any business. I urge the Commission to continue in its path of protecting consumers and the general public, supporting the integrity of the Do Not Call List and placing the cost of privacy on solicitors and not the public.
