Comments:
I pay for the use of my telephone, not the telemarketers. Therefore, I alone should decide who has the right to call me and leave a message. It has been such a relief to not have the phone ringing with unwanted calls. Also, I do not want to sift through unsolicited information. This is the most inane of concepts. One would think the ACLU would protest for privacy infringement. Please think of the individual not the business when making a decision.
