Comments:
People who pay for phones have not consented to annoying harrassment. People who MUST have phones for emergency contact by family and for business (or who want to have social contact with friends) should not have to deal with telemarketer strangers rudely interrupting daily routines and meals on a massive scale. Don't you get it? There is no right to make my phone ring and then try to talk to me! Those of us who are outraged by this behavior are learning how to use our political muscle to protect ourselves. WARNING: Be part of the solution or else we will see you as part of the problem.
