Please do not modify the rules for the Do-Not-Call list to make it easier for telemarketers to call me. Before the list was set up, our family was constantly disturbed by unwanted solicitations, particularly at dinnertime. Keep the rules in place. Also, do not allow telemarketers to start to use cell phone numbers, where we will have to PAY (in terms of the units charged by our cell phone providers) to listen to these annoying calls.
