I do not think spam prerecorded messages should be delivered right to a cell phone's voicemail . The person or people who came up with the idea to delivere prerecorded messages to a cell phone need to understand most people cannot stand telemarketers. What person or people actually came up with this idea? Are they annoying in person? It seems they like to annoy everyday consumers.
