Please do not allow telemarketers to bombard consumers with voicemail SPAM. As far as I am concerned ALL forms of pre-recorded message phone calls should be banned. That includes those which were made during this recent election season. Finding up to 4 of those messages on my answereing machine was enough to make me refuse to vote for any candidate. If the telemarketers can't be bothered to at least have a human being deliver their message then their message shouldn't be delivered at all.
