Comments:
Please do not allow telemarketers to skirt the "do not call" list with prerecorded calls. The propsed action would negate the purpose of the original "do not call" ruling. Our household is still receiving telemarketing calls that are prerecorded. When we answer the phone the solicitaion calls are automatically disconnected. Thank you for your consideration in this sensitive area of the public's right to be protected from prerecorded telemarking calls.
