FTC---Dear Sirs: My husband and I are definitely against allowing any pre-recorded messages to cell phones or regular phone lines. It defeats the whole purpose of Do Not Call lists. It is an invasion of privacy and will cost cell phone owners money in phone time used. Please do not allow this travesty. Thanks.
