I strongly oppose the relaxation of rules regarding prerecorded telemarketing calls. Prerecorded telemarketing calls are an annoyance in the lives of American citizens. Public mandate is strong to prevent this. The Direct Marketing Associatio should be ignored in their efforts to further badget American citizens.
