This would be a clear violation of the right to privacy afforded under the constitution of the United States. Should this be allowed to happen i think the consitiution should be destroyed and no longer used for any purpose what so ever, not to mention all the money that the consumer will have to pay out of their pockets ( not the goverments pockets or telemarketers pockets ) because of this. So i hope that we dont have to say the constitution is a worthless piece of paper.
