I do not want to be bothered at home by ANY telemarketing systems, pre-recorded or live. The original spirit of the law was to ensure that people wouldn't be innundated with phone calls during their "at home, quiet time." Allowing exceptions for pre-recorded messages makes no sense. It is still an interruption.
